“…we are so cruel [we] prefer to “punish” the sick than ‘…reward’ the mentally ill.”

The Opposites

If you dwell on bad thoughts then
your life will be full of negativity.

However, if you don’t allow bad thoughts
you will be free of all things negative.

Sexuality is not a choice

The message turned out to be embarrassingly obvious, really. As a society, we’ve been dawdling over the irrelevant questions of what’s “normal” and “natural” for far too long. To make any real moral traction, we must abandon the rhetoric of righteousness and instead turn our efforts to clarifying, using science rather than scripture, laws, or even (and especially) our own gut feelings, how a sexual act or orientation is harmful to those involved. …doing harm is the only thing that makes a person a pervert.

For He Tells Me So?

In all their suffering he also suffered, and he personally rescued them. In his love and mercy he redeemed them. He lifted them up and carried them through all the years. (Isaiah 63:9)

Yet I still belong to you; you hold my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, leading me to a glorious destiny. (Psalm 73:23-24)
